By the Grace of Allah, Alhamdulillah, Dar-us-Salaam has recently opened the DUS Family Medical Practice as part of our continuing effort to establish a living islamic community here in the Washington metropolitan area. This medical practice will serve the entire community at large by offering a wide variety of multi-specialty health services;

Our team of Doctors provide both immediate medical care and preventative health care measures in the following areas:

Mental Health (children)
Psychological & psychiatric services are available to address children’s behavioral problems.
All services are provided by licensed professional staff with total confidentiality and a commitment to the Islamic code of ethics.
Health Insurance
This FMP accepts all major insurance policies including Medicare and Medicaid (for complete listing of insurances accepted please click here). Individuals without insurance will be assisted in applying for state-aided medical insurance by our dedicated social workers.
Our Management Team

Dr. Naseem Sharieff, M.D. with over 25 years experience in Pediatrics and family counseling.

Safi Khan, with over 25 years experience in family, teenage and marriage counseling, will moderate the Islamic fiqh issues of all medical and psychological concerns.
Location
We are located on the 1st floor of the Greenway East Professional Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.
From I-495, take exit 22A onto MD-295N, take MD-193 exit to Greenbelt, left (East) onto Greenbelt Rd, right onto Hanover Pky, right onto Greenway Center Dr. , left into Greenway East Professional Center, enter main lobby and take elevator to 1st floor. Refer to map.
