Assalamu Alaikum. The DUS Family Medical Practice is one of the projects of the Dar-us-Salaam community. It is 3½ years old and alhamdulillah maintains over six thousand patients with 70 new patients coming in every month. To serve the community better the Family Medical Practice is conducting a survey to assess the community's medical needs.
